Cashgrams sent to customers must be redeemed within the expiry date specified during creation. Ensure you provide the correct customer details while creating the Cashgrams; this will ensure your usersβ successful redemption. Ensure you have sufficient balance in your Payouts Account.
Note: If the redemption fails on the first attempt, the user has up to six retries to redeem the Cashgram. After six failed attempts, the link will expire.
