To convert these high-intent customers, we have released a workflow via WhatsApp and SMS that can recover up to **4%** of these lost orders. ## Key Features 💡 * **✅ Pay via UPI**: Customers can directly complete their payment from WhatsApp in just 1 click using the UPI intent flow. * **✅ Additional Offer**: You can additionally incentivize the customer using an offer that would be auto-applied to increase the chances of conversion.
